That is good because getting into the Top 100 is not one of the ways that a Tropical Beach can be obtained as it turns out. Sorry if anyone got their hopes up on that one.

Honestly this is disappointing. Not very pleased with this decision, but I'm not the one who makes them/knows the reasoning behind them so not much I can honestly say about it.

What if it's Palace Belt... It does kinda make sense, and there aren't a whole lot of other options, especially if it's not a reprint. (And really, I can't think of any reprint that would be... Sought-after enough to be worthy of that. Even Computer Search falls short, really.) Or it might just be some sort of trophy card and not something able to be used at all. ;p
