If i use and expert belt with blastoise out of the UL sets attack hydro launcher will i do 120 damage to any poke be it bench or active? attack reads " return 2 :water: to your hand this attack does 100 damage to any 1 of your oppents pokemon

can i use spirit tombs attack to lvl up to a lvl X?

can i rarecandy to a lvl X? or can i use Level max on a pokemon thats on the bench?

Please use a title that refers the question.
It is helpful to members reading the forum.

Check the text on Expert Belt. It only adds to damage done to the Defending Pokemon

Leveling Up is not the same thing as Evolving.

Same answer for Rare Candy.

You can use Level Max for a Benched Pokemon.
