According to Pokemonforever.net, which is a site I find has pretty fair prices. It says.....

Celebi EX 7.50$
Zekrom EX 7$
Tornadus EX FA 17$

I'm not entirely interested in the C/UC Bulk Sadly...
The RH and Rare in bulk for me is ~$5 in value... so sadly I don't think it is worth it to trade for it (both for you to pay to ship and for me, to get so little, if you know what I mean...)
