Or against Dustox EX, you could run Deoxys EX EM (Speed) and use it to hit for 100 a turn against Dustox.

Mabey something like this

I like the list that Phenom put up, but also you could drop the Lugia EX and one Mudkip and throw in 2 Tauros CG so that you could CFF for 2 and get rid of a Holon Circle to open up the field for you to attack.
