Please Help: Luck Cards

My brother wanted to use a deck at States using pokemon that can do infinite damage as long as you flip heads over and over. I haven't played in a while so I would like if people could help compile a list of any of these types of pokemon (basic pokemon works). Thank you

None of the "Infinite Damage" cards are good at all and even if you got more of a chance for getting the damage with Victini. All of them either dont do enough damage, dont have enough HP, or are too slow to get up. Sorry they just all suck.

Chansey from Dark Explorers. For a DCE you can do 30 times the number of heads.

There's also mamoswine from PS. Higher energy cost and stage 2, but it does 90 for each heads.

I'd also put in Victini (victory star ability) to let you reflip and increase your odds of big damage.

Generally, flip decks do suck and I wouldn't recommend it, but technically, they have a chance to beat anything (though the chance is pretty much lottery odds).

Here's one- Wailord Rush.
He only needs 1 energy to use the first attack, but can build up quickly (if you're lucky)

Wailstoise with Heavy Ball and maybe Manaphy or something, for fun.

It's not really infinite, but flippy as all get out.
