Please help me with this Torterra Deck

Hi. Please help me with this Torterra deck.

3 Turtwig DP
3 Grotle DP
3-1 Torterra[Platinum, Stormfront,]
4-4 Exeggutor[LA, MT]
3-2-3 Sceptile[GE]
2-2 Claydol

4 Bebes
4 Roseannes
2 Lookers Investigation
4 Rare Candy
2 Luxury Ball
1 Night Maintenance

13 grass energy

Start with LA exeggcute and use its first attack to get 2 basic grass types. Evolve into Exeggutor and attach 2 energy to a turtwig. When it is knocked out send out torterra pt and use green blast, hopefully with sceptile in play it will be doing140-160 damage.
P.S. Im not going to drop all the execcutors. Also, is there a card out to find rare candies?

If you can find a way to run a few pokedrawer+, if you get two in your hand, you can pull a rare candy (and something else).
I'd go to 3-3 Egg and 2-2-2 Sceptile. Maybe even 2-1-2 sceptile. Thsi will give you some room for the pokedrawer+s

if i were you d take out 2 egg..whatever and 1 of the pre-evolved one... oh and switch the dp brotle with another one that takes less energys and beter attackss

I'd run 4 poke radar.
Your lines are very heavy so it is bound to snag quite a few
