Ok!!
1.First of all don't use the Em Voltorbs!! Use the Lm ones cause they can paralyze and have 50 hp!!
2.Instead of 1-1 R.scizor and 1-1 R. Persian u would either go 2-2 R. Persian 3 R. Sneasal 1 R.Scyther or my personla favorite 2-2 Umbreon EX!!! U don't want ur main attackers spread out the way u do!!
3.-2 Rare candies ( U seroiusly don't need them cause u use Dragonair to get ur Evolutions!!!
-1 Rocket's Hideout ( they get u to 120 with Dragonite and they play a staduim Draggy's toast and usually so r ur Dark's!!!
-3 Lighning Energies( U don't need them cause u have Rainbow's and Holon's for that!!!
-1 Sterngth Charm ( Ur doing enough already!!)
+2 Dessert Ruins ( In this deck u run 4 ruins or no ruins!!)
+1 Dark Metal
+1 dark Dragonair ( To get ur Evolutions!!)
+1 R. Ball +1 Warp Point +1 Mr. Briney's!
