Apparently Mike didn't read post #34, otherwise he probably wouldn't have made his post saying that EVERYONE hasn't used the tribunal....

But yeah, I have 40 refs now and still have 2 stars. I emailed the tribunal about getting 2 more stars indicating that I have 40+ refs under my belt. This is a step that they told us to do right under the "how to report a bad trader" paragraph, so I emailed them and still didn't get a response or see any updates to the list. Speaking of updating, the tribunal mod told me that he'd be adding my bad refs to the bad trader list, and it took him about 3-4 weeks to finally update that post with such information... :nonono:

But yeah, I think a feedback system like Ebay would be cool. Either that, or get more mods that can only update certain posts so that these stickys will always be updated, current, and correct. I've offered to help with such a task many times in the past, but apparently they don't think my time is valuable enough in contributing for the better good of that section of the site.... :rolleyes: Oh well, I hope I will see my 4 star status soon....

I haven't seen any profanity yet unless people have edited their posts... :confused:

Anyway, I'm amazed to see that many people have posted in this topic, and this thread seems to be doing these people some justice and getting their trades taken care of. I wish the best of luck to those who still need their trades completed with this guy.

I'm glad that posts like these are made, because it alerts the general "public" about any mis-haps and seem to do more good than harm in the long run. Perhaps we should get a sticky put up where people can read and post any info about any bad traders they've come accross since it seems as if the current "good/bad trader" thread doesn't get updated that often...

Unfortunately, it seems as if ripping is on the rise and if we can somehow get a better system in place in general I think that would be a good step to take to further prevent ripping from occurring.

Maybe having a sticky, dedicated to airing good / bad traders or having the ability to give trade ratings like POJO or PokeBeach would be a good upgrade to the 'Gym.

Traders need something more reliable than a possible outdated and incorrect good / bad list to base trades on. Having a system like some of the other boards would give the traders instant information, would be based off real on site trades (here is mine from POJO so everyone can see what I'm talking about: http://www.pojo.biz/board/itrader.php?u=14564).

On this system, you have to enter the post # that the trade was comfirmed on, and both parties get to leave feedback, similar to eBay, about the trade.

OK well that is cool and maybe sooner than later he will get banned or strighten out what he has done and make it right beofre it happens.

As for the good traders list you may want to try BJJ as he updated my *'s on my name right away.:wink: Need it updated again thjough as I have crested the 90 mark.:biggrin:

he isnt a ripper guys, hes just a little lazy at times and his post office does suck, i finally got my x3 mew and x1 meganium, thanx again t-tar

Please explain how a PO sucks?? Last time I checked, they process the mail ONCE IT IS BROUGHT TO THEM. If TTar is too lazy to get to the PO in a timely basis (and before he "allows" his cards to get "stolen"), then these issues wouldnt pop up. Sorry, but I had to comment here. You strike a deal, and if you are sending 1st (or same time), you get yer butt to the PO the next business day and mail out! Then, send a PM to the other party and state....mailed out on xx/xx/06, you should receive in 2-3 days (In the USA)

Keith (not attacking you in any way) but I'd like to point out that those aren't always the circumstances. Sometimes the PO does slow down and mail isn't always processed the same day it is taken in. Also the 2-3 day thing is an average time given and varies greatly . It depends on what state mail is coming from/going to. I've had PLENTY of times where it took a week for something to reach me (and vice versa). And just as often, I've received stuff from across the coast in no time but something within the same state or a neighboring state has taken a while.

I know these aren't the issues here, and its just the fact that T-Tar is lazy. I do agree that he should learn to be more honest and quicker with mailing. He's also on my cautions list because of this.

It's just that I've literally had people start hounding me every single day after 2 days since sending asking me if their stuff has arrived/why they haven't received yet. Telling traders that they should receive in X number of days is not a wise choice in my book lol. I'd simply just email/PM and tell them the day I sent.
 
So.... T-tar, are you going to send my cards tomorrow, or are you going to find some lame excuse again?

I personally think all trade threads by him should be locked until he squares uo with everyone he owes as it seems the right thing to do as I believe a few other members had this happen to them once before.... If anything he should also send first or not trade.:rolleyes:

I agree. When a "rip thread" was created about lukerc10t4 when issues were on the high rise with him, his trade threads were locked and he was even temporarily banned from the trade forum for mouthing off to SD_Pokemom too.

At any rate, these posts seem to be doing good, it looks like a couple people have received already. It seems like more has been accomplished in this thread to get your problems fixed compared to other methods. Good luck to those who still haven't received your cards yet, I wish you guys the best. Feel free to post in here when y'all receive so that those of us who are "watching" this thread can see if any more progress is being made.
