T-Tar you will find I am an easy person to deal with. I'm not concearned about our deal, however I don't wish to see anyone who has sent cards to you lose out.

I am glad to see ppl responding that they are receiving cards from you, I hope that everyone that has posted in this topic will be satisfied.

When that happens, I will personally ask the mods to close this thread, however you do realize that you will probably stay on the caution list for life.

I don't think you are a bad guy, I just think you don't put alot of thought into the feelings / worries of other traders.
 
lol, this is why i only trade with people living at least 4 hours away from me..haha..but seriously man, is like ur copying all yur posts and reposting them each time someone asks for something. You do realize one day yur gonna rip off the wrong guy, and hes gonna sue your a**.

For me, sueing would be at the bottom of my "to do" list if I were to pay someone a little house call for not sending me my cards, then I'd probably be the one getting sued... :lol:

I agree. When a "rip thread" was created about lukerc10t4 when issues were on the high rise with him, his trade threads were locked and he was even temporarily banned from the trade forum for mouthing off to SD_Pokemom too.

At any rate, these posts seem to be doing good, it looks like a couple people have received already. It seems like more has been accomplished in this thread to get your problems fixed compared to other methods. Good luck to those who still haven't received your cards yet, I wish you guys the best. Feel free to post in here when y'all receive so that those of us who are "watching" this thread can see if any more progress is being made.

Im having problems with lukerc10t4 right now
i payed him almost 2 weeks ago
and he wont send me my cards
if anyone knows him personally or can get in touch with him
please tell him to send me my cards:(

Julie,

You need to contact the Tribunal regarding your situation. Go to the Good/Bad trader thread and follow the reporting directions. The best way to deal with an issue like this is an approach from different angles.

I changed the way that this post is set up.

PPl that have had problems with a specific person, please post the date that the trade was started, the screenname / real name / and a brief summery of the trade details (ie; trade / sale, send same time, first, or after receipt.)

I will post the information in post 1 and update as needed. For those who have already posted, I am going to go back through the thread and find everyone to list and an update if there is one. If I don't have the correct info up please post it here.

I started a trade with Shad0wKiller78 in late March. It was my Arcanine ex for his Lugia ex (don't worry it was before Lugia ex became very valuable). We were supposed to send same time. I sent my Arcanine ex to him. I don't know his real name, but someone else probably does. I don't have the PM with the trade anymore cause I had to delete it cause of the 50 PM limit. I'm not sure if I copy and pasted the trade information into microsoft word or something before I deleted it, I'll try to find it if so. I'm hoping one of the Croatians on this board that talk to him regularly can get him to send me either the Lugia ex or my Arcanine ex back.
 
okay the trade was my 15$
for
14 of his cards
sent out 5-23-06, he recieved
i pmed him and threatened to report him
he told me to give my adress the amount of money i sent him
and what cards he was supposed to send
so i was relieved
but he hasnt responded to that pm
or any of my others since then
or my emails
even though he has been on pokegym
i cant remeber his name bc i deleted the pm with his adress in it THINKING i wouldnt need it again and that this trade would go sucessfully
someone PLEASE get in touch with Lukerc10t4
and tell him to send me my cards
thats all i want!
if he needs the list and my addy again, ill give it to him again

Yeah, I traded with Shad0wkiller78 in January and got ripped because he never sent me my cards. No replies to PM or emails. He hasn't really been active on the boards for a long time now. I do have his real name, address, etc, and I also reported him to the tribunal LONG ago. I will quote his info from the good/bad trader list shortly.

The other bad trader I've had a problem with is San Diego for Ever. He sent me the wrong cards at first, and then after 2 weeks he told me he couldn't find the correct cards so he said he'd send me 3 rare candy cards instead. More time goes by and he claims that the rare candies were returned to him in the mail, which I know is total BS because his "wrong" cards got to me beforehand. He then goes inactive on the boards and refuses to answer PM or Email. He has been reported to the tribunal quite some time ago as well.

For those who don't know the link to see ALL the bad traders so far, go HERE. Hopefully it will be updated more often.

I've asked Sharif, a member who I'm currently in the middle of a trade with (who is also a member of San Diego for Ever's (Abraham's) league), to try getting Abraham to get in touch with me to finish our trade. All I can say is that if I can't get our trade completed, I hope I don't run into Abraham at Worlds because I don't want to deal with confronting him at the event... :mad:

Did T-Tar just disappear? cause he has not posted on this thread in a really long time, and I have not received any response to the pms I sent him.... I still don't have my cards.
