You told him to remove Call Energy from the deck? What were you thinking?

Ugh. I hope you're being sarcastic or attempting humor, because this thread is really starting to make me irritated. How hard is it to actually read my posts and see what I said?

For the final, and umpteenth, time: DO NOT REMOVE CALL FROM THIS DECK. RUN 4 CALL ENERGY.

im only curious... this deck works wonders IF you have DCE in your hand.

this IS a special nrg card not SEARCHABLE . you can only draw it. how many chances you got to draw it early in game with only doll and chatot ?

running 4 call energy means you open with it in your hand 40% of the time.

IMO Plox is all about metagame-dependant techs. I'm running a Spiritomb/Upper based Plox like you. However my has a little more techs than yours. I like Mewtwo LVX even though people says it ain't that good anymore. It gives you some extra time against ShuppetDonks if they have forgot their Regice and SP variants missing Dialga is auto-lose against Mewtwo. However I found Gallade pretty useful against tanking Dialgas though. The first one can be OHKO by a full-prize flip if necessary. Losing a fully tanked Dialga in one shot is devastating for such a deck. If they recover some how you can 2HKO with Gallade's both attacks.

Also I find it rather unnecessary to have techs specially for mirrors. Lake Boundrary will probably back-fire on you in mirrors. Breloom + Moonlight Stadium, is a more safe OHKO of Gardevoir's. On top of that it is an excellent counter for a lot of decks based around free-retreat pogies like Flygon, Garchomp SP, Luxray SP, Gengar (Fainting Spell is a bish though) and things that get affected by Moonlight.

Dusknoir which you play is universally useful so I wouldn't exclude. Overall I still find the GG competible, but it's rather sluggish being dependant on Upper. However with DCE coming that problem will soon be solved.

Wasn't planning on it lol. Thanks

Yah mewtwo is still great against luxhomp/chomp etc. I don't play lake boundry though...

There is a lot of heated debate here about if you should or shouldn't run spiritomb and/or call energy, so I'm just going to post the list I use.

Pokemon:27
4 Spiritomb
1 Gardy X
2 Gardy SW
1 Gardy PL
1 Gallade
3 Kirlia SW
4 Ralts PL
1-1-1 Nidoqueen
2-2 Claydol
1-1 Azelf
2 Unown G

T/S/S:
4 Roseanne's Research
4 Bebe's Search
1 Palmer's Contribution
2 Team Galactic's Wager
3 Rare Candy
1 Luxury Ball
2 Expert Belt
3 Moonlight Stadium

Energy:
4 Call Energy
3 DCE
6 Psychic Energy

Spiritomb is front-and-center here. The benefits of spiritomb and call are- Even if you go first, you'll be able to get 2 pokemon on your bench OR evolve one of them with Spiritomb's attack (getting you a t2 Gardy or 'dol anyway). Call energy has always been a saving grace from a bad setup. You can discard it to retreat spiritomb if you can't get Moonlight Stadium out. Moonlight Stadium is for Nidoqueen as well. Nidoqueen is a great late-game sweeper if she needs to be. Azelf LV.X removes psychic weakness, and Deep balance is a destructive attack. It's like relicanth, but better in this deck(although it can't be belted). Gallade's first attack is useless in my opinion so I don't really care to include energy for it. Gardevoir PL has won me a few games, and works VERY well with Nidoqueen/Moonlight Stadium. Its attack is okay, but its power is great for using energy sparingly. Gardevoir LV.X to help leveling up azelf, and increased HP. Everything else is run-of-the-mill. This deck usually beats other GG decks with a weaker spiritomb support. Quick Power lock is great, but I find mid/late game support a bit better.

I actually really like your list. Is 3 moonlight necessary though? Azelf X is a great edition. with the increasing popularity of DCE, it could be great, Also, maybe if blissy becomes popular again, t tar etc.
