Poke-body question

The Pokemon Latios d, latias d and Ray EX (DF) all have bodies that reference attack costs and it has been ruled that you actually have to use that Pokemon in order for that body to apply.

But on Jirachi EX (CG) and Scizor EX (UF) their body's specify the Pokemon in the body making it clear Mew EX or any other copy Pokemon can't use it.

However the first 3 Pokemon I listed above the body's reference attack costs only in the body which would imply so long as you meet the requirement you could use a copy Pokemon and still get the effect since it only references attacks and not the Pokemlon in the body.

Why the 2 different types of wording, when they are treated the same? Just wondering

All of those cases are self-referencing, it's sometimes just a matter of using different writing to meet different goals at the time. (We do strive for consistent game language, as well as maintaining consistency with how the cards are written in Japanese.)
