Once during your turn, when you put Raichu LV.X onto Raichu and use Voltage Shoot, you may use another attack of Raichu afterward. This power can't be used if Raichu is affected by a Special Condition.

If Raichu levels up, and attacks with Voltage Shoot to knock out a pokemon, do you draw the prize card before or after attacking again?

Example:

Player A levels up Raichu
Player A uses Raichu Lv.X's Voltage Shoot to KO Player B's benched Claydol.
(Player A draws a Prize Card?)
Player A uses Burst Ball to KO Player B's defending pokemon.
Player A draws a Prize Card.
(Player A draws Second Prize Card?)
