This is the second pack this guy has had up in the past 2 weeks. I asked him how many he has, but he cares not to tell me. A couple things come to mind how he has 2 or more.

I am posting this to info bidders that may come across this or others in weeks to beware how high you bid and/or wait till the first bidder receives his to see if this is for real (this is what I am doing).

Id really like to know what the kid that traded these to this guy got. Little upsetting to see collector stuff like this always end up in the wrong hands FIRST.

Or people use the law of supply and demand to rape others without giving all the info.
IE ...How many he will be putting up for sale over the next few weeks/months?

So keep this on your watch list, but people, realize it’s not the last to be posted and create a bid war that this guy only benefits from after ripping off some kid. Last one/first one from this seller went for over $350(I don't know if the bidder received it yet).

Yes this is a highly opinionated post, and a little accusing, but when someone is not willing to tell you all the info so you then can make a better decision on when to buy and how much, it is quite frustrating for someone to manipulate a group like that.

He's not ripping off any little kids. he knows the person who won all the packs and what there doing is using his E-bay store to sell them for her and then he gets a cut from that. Kinda like working on commisson

i've dealt with this seller quite a few times.
I've never had a problem.
He may be cautious to tell where he got them for fear of Nintendo contact him.

I picked up "Winner" cards at a leauge event and Wizards (then making the cards) contacted me warning me about selling them if i didn't win them at an event.

So your point is that he should try to sell his products for less than the market will bear? The economic model is called Capitalism. It's generally how things operate in America. Big fan of it myself.

So you wouldn't mind spending $$$ bucks for a pack of cards that doesn't show up on auction in over 6ms or barely ever since the contest, thinking it's the only one available- then to have it keep showing up week after week all of a sudden by the same seller & dropping each time? It only went for the 350 because the bidders THOUGHT it was going to be the ONLY one available by that seller. If the market knows just how many the seller has, the set goes for a real market value.

So you openly say your out to take someone for their dollar. Why people give into sellers like that

You don't know what the market is unless you know all the info.. IE(again)..How many packs are really going to be for sale? Then you know how much to bid.

I think the stock market works this way as that everyone has all the info, no hiding info.

IMO, if there is more than one from this seller... there is going to be up to a max of 49 more to come.

So what is the market value on them, when we know 30 or more are for sale all with in a certian time frame. Not one randomly showing up once every 6-8 months.

No offense, but it's none of your business how many he's going to be selling.
The packs are truly rare. 5 people got some large number of packs each and then a lot of people got 1 each.
The only real way these are going to go into distribution is if the card artists (or their friends/partners) decide to sell theirs.
The supply is literally limited to 5 individuals.

Why should they give up their advantage on these cards? It's not like anyone has to have these in order to live.

I'd love to have a pack.
I'm not willing to pay $300 plus.
No pack for me.
Ah well.
On with my life.
