Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Pokegym Fantasy NFL Football 2010

I've just sent out an email to everybody in PG1. Please be sure to respond or post either here or on the Y! boards by next Thursday. That's when I'll set the final draft date based on the time that the most number of people are available that respond to the email.

As far as PG2, there are still 7 spots available, and I know most of the players are PG1 repeats. That one will draft on Saturday, September 4th at 7pm CDT unless it fills up with players unique to PG2 before then. Those in both Leagues, you are now confirmed 100% for PG1, and you could potentially be bumped from PG2 if another player wishes to play. I want as many unique players in these Leagues as possible. I'm sorry if this offends anybody.

When looking at those times, make sure you can actually get those times first--I'm pretty sure that most of those times in primetime have filled up already, and since you aren't a plus team you won't be able to get them (unless the process has radically changed since I was running it).

As far as those times go, they look doable to me--I'd rather not have it on the 21st through the 24th though, since I'm not sure of my availability during those times--definitely not the 22nd though.

What does this mean?

"Waiver Type changed from 'Continual rolling list' to 'Weekly rolling list based on standings"

Last year, the Waiver priority was based solely upon how long it's been since you last put in a Waiver request. This meant that, the more active you were in Waiver acquisitions, the less likely you were to get a good Waiver request.

This year, the Waiver priority is still based primarily upon how long it's been since you last put in a Waiver request. However, every week, once the games have finished, the Waiver priority list gets reset to the reverse of the standings. This means that if you are in first place, you get last dibs on the Waiver wire in the next week until somebody else puts in a Waiver request.

It still rolls with how often you put in your Waiver requests, but it also gives the lower ranked teams a better chance to get into the Waiver wire.

ATTENTION POKEGYM1 PLAYERS!!!

Unless I hear any objections by tomorrow at around 6pm, I'm going to try to change the draft date to Sunday, August 29th, 6-8pm start time (Gotta have at least SOME leeway on the start in case I can't get the preferred time).

Please post either here or in the League if this will not work for you. If it doesn't, please suggest a different day/time. Thank you.

There are still 4 slots remaining in Pokegym 2, not to mention the 4 overlapping players! PG2, no matter what, will draft on Saturday, September 4th, at 7pm CDT, so there's plenty of time to sign up! If more than 4 players want to sign up in PG2, I will be bumping players from PG2 that are also in PG1.

Good luck!

I just changed the draft time on PG1. The only time I could get on Sunday afternoon/evening was Sunday the 29th at 4:15 pm Central. I can still get pretty much any time on Saturday if that works out better.

If anyone suddenly pulls out of Pokegym1, let me know and I'd fill it. Or if there's another one, I'd be in, too.
