He made the same commitment you did.

So, if something comes up and he/she can't make the deadline, you win.

Everyone knows what they're committed to do when they sign up.
 
It's all good. I made cut in the CC so I couldn't make it back in time. Sorry for the trouble, and good luck in the tournament. :)
 
I was never contacted for this round by anyone and was out of town helping my gf move. Why am I receiving a loss when the communication was failed on a two way road. I have no PM's from chompy OR aim messages.

Chompy posted "waits for austino on AIM" yet I've been consistently on AIM the past 3 days and haven't heard/seen him.
 
We all talked to him and saw him waiting in Hamachi.

Everybody know they have to get on Hamachi and wait around and send PMs now and then to "be seen" and let everyone know that they tried.

If nobody sees or hears from you, then your opponent is the only one that has "proof" of attendance.
