Pokegym's Pre Nationals Tournament Round 1 up!

Well, since zachs states tourny is almost done I have decided to post one for regionals/nationals

I decided to make a new Pokemon tournament just to see some decks being played and to let the Pokegym community test in a structured format. Here are the rules:

RedShark is the default online simulator!!! You may decide to use another method such as Apprentice, In-Real-Life, Webcam, etc.

1) Deadlines are Deadlines
2) There will be no replacements
3) There are no prizes except bragging rights
4) You are allowed to use Proxies (If you tell your opponent)
5) There will be swiss rounds and a top cut
6) report cheating

NO CHANGING DECKS

After each match, please report the wins/loss and the decks played

I will be playing as well


Swiss/Top Cut rules:

6 or less Players = 3 rounds

8 Players = 3 rounds w/ a Top 2

16 Players = 4 rounds w/ a Top 4

32 Players = 5 rounds w/ a Top 8

Swiss = 40 minute rounds Best of 1
Top Cut = 1 hour Best of 3

I wanna play but this will be my first time playing online or whatever how u guys do it so could some please PM me and tell me how I can do this because I do not have a webcam.

I didn't ask in my original post and I'm a uncertain what the rules meant by "4) You are allowed to use Proxies (If you tell your opponent)" but is this intending the usage of new cards from the Japanese set Revived Legends? If so, how were you thinking of determining which ones were going to be used? (Unless you were going to just allow all of them from the Japanese set.)
