When i play 2 copies of this card to remove 8 damage counters, do i have to remove EXACTLY 8 or if there is 7 or less do i take it all off? I am asking this because the card says remove 8damage counters(it doesnt say if there is 7or less remove it all) Thank You

You do as much as you can.
That's a general principle in Pokemon.
So remove the 7 if that's all there is.
