Sorry about the lack of replying. I've been swamped with work this week (seems like all of my teachers want to get in one more quiz before semester tests, and also having to check some Pokedex data for some answers), but I have the results now. Round 9 is over, and I will no longer be accepting answers to this question. The following people have moved on to Round 10:

The answer was Sandshrew. Plusle and Minun are cheering Pokemon, and Marril is a water mouse, and I stated that I would not accept this answer.

Ok, here's the question for Round 10. I will accept answers until 9:00 CST on Tuesday. This is a milestone question, and whoever gets it will be guaranteed $32,000, no matter what happens.

For this question (as I have in the past), I am going to add a bonus question. Get it right, and if there is a tie at the $1,000,000 question, the one with the bonus will win. To get the bonus question, name a fourth way to get Mew.

A prize from one of Nintendo's tours (which don't run anymore)
Gameshark or other cheating device (though that is not recommended)
A glitch in the game (such as the youngster with the slowpoke)
