Pokemon account for children

I sent a fax to PUI on 28 april to have a temporary account for my daughter.
I receive no answer.
How many time is necessary for this?
Where can I send an e-mail to ask for news?

Fax for my middle on 04/23. Received a reply 04/29. So hopefully you will get yours this week.

Edited: The strange thing is that i did not get a temporary user name and password so i cannot sign my son up. Emailed so will wait for a reply.

I faxed april 26 and untill today no reply nothing.
That's 2 weeks.

Donphan we are only Europeans, not important enough again.

I could see my son's account but i cannot get the password so he can log on and (hopefully) change that horrid name they generated for him. Emails continue but so far that's only brought about the (eventual) merger of my 3 accounts....
