Hey guys, sorry but I'm having a hard time finding this on Bulbapedia, but does anyone know who this did these two pictures? The energy is amazing, and they look like official artwork, so I was hoping somebody here could give me a clue to finding more information.

These actually look like Sugimori, if you look at his newer work. He has been bending his "Standard" rules recently. These look very akin to a picture of Rotom by him that was at Worlds.
