so can you go to a premier event with the pictures of the cards your have as your list?
Not than I'm aware of. The VIEW CARDS feature is there just to let players visually see their deck contents, to help them verify they entered everything right.

Steve,

My 7 year old was able to use the program and CORRECTLY fill out his decklist without help!

This alone makes the program rule!

Is there any chance of connecting the program to the PUI "Card-dex" for translations to be printed for players, or a way of printing a card for the player to use as a translation (If PUI would approve of this move)

Thanks

Vince

Great placement on the deck Name Steve my kids were also able to use the program and so that means I did not have to thank you sir.

Awesome! I will use this from here out for my decklists! I'm also going to get my TO to announce it at the next BR and I'll give demonstrations.

Really really nice work!

Why does anyone want Unlimited support for this?

(Unlimited Support = getting card scans for all the Unlimited-only cards, adding the data for each of those cards into his database, ...) I just don't see it being worth it.

Wow really? That surprises me. I've used many an involved RIA which has lots more data than pics for the unlimited cards. Is more a server issue or a client issue?

Either way, its still a very nice app :thumb:

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

This gets me thinking...

I have a Perl module that lets me edit PDFs, particularly adding text to them. If I can get SteveP's program to provide some structured output (like an XML file), I can write a Web service that puts the info onto an official decklist sheet.

Stop being so useful and intelligent!

May I have a permission to have an additional mirror for the program?
(as in I am willing to have it on my server in case something happens)
Thanks.

It has been said before, but let me add my thanks for this ingenious deck list building tool. Being able to see pictures of the cards means that my old eyes don't have to guess what the teeny-tiny numbers in the card's corner are any more.

Thank you! This is truly brilliant.

Finally, I'm not the only one who can't read those tiny, bad-contrast symbols.

Thanks

Newest feature coming within days - The ability to have multiple decks loaded and to switch between them - and of course the ability to save and reload them in a single SAVE/RELOAD action.

Will this link for the site automatically update the playable sets / formats? Or will it change as new stuff is released?

My suggestions:
- Ability of converting current format decklists to .dec or .dek format decklists (apprentice and redshark formats, respectively)
- Ability of importing .dec and .dek and/or exporting to .doc files
That would rock!
And of course, a downloadable and offline version would be very very cool too ;)
