Pokemon DP TCG prerelease item

I've heard rumors about this, but I'm not sure where to go to get the information.
Supposedly, POP will be giving away a cartridge containing 3 pokemon, as the prerelease Item for the new TCG set. This is all I know.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Does anyone know which pokemon these are? Is this rumor true??? Thanks to anyone who can help.-Articuno

I doubt they'd give away a video game thing at a TCG event, but that's just IMO.

I mean, what percentage of people who play the card game own D/P or a DS? Deff. not all of them.

I think it's got to be a stand-alone thing. (ex. notebook, deckbox to name a few)
