When you think about it, pokemon E MUST evolve from pokemon E. how can a computer generated pokemon evolve from a real pokemon? How can it evolve at all? they should all be basics like SP pokemon. other than that. like the idea and how you copied the concept of porygon that hasn't been around for a while.

Nah, no need to feel stupid, I didn't include the reason why they could evolve from normal forms (at least not very clear). The reason is because E stands for experiment, so they could be experiments of the pre-evolutionary forms, and they can be upgraded to newer versions (evolutions). Lol, yeah, I did steal the idea from Porygon.
