US Distributors are having difficulty getting them in. Looking at Ebay you'll notice that mostly the UK has them.

CAN ANYONE tells me that this EPIC COLLECTION are nothing but normal decks that soon to be rotated out in the format and not some gossip they say that these are reprints and are actually usable on the next modified format?

this issue is bugging me to buy this decks THE EX's are good but are they good enough to be displayed and collected because of they are not anymore in use for the next format or nice enough to be paired in future Diamond and Pearl expansions?

All of the cards in these decks retain their original set logo and card number. They will only be legal next year if their original version is also legal. I'm not sure if any of the cards in the set are from HP or later.

Someone I know bought the Typhlosion one, and all the cards are from Deoxys, Emerald, and Unseen Forces. So unfortunately most of the cards (except the Basic Energy, Potion, and PETM) are illegal starting in September.
