My Idea is simple use trainers cards with people on them and have them have pokemon

For example
Oracle's Umbreon
Imposter Professor Oaks Koffing

Some other cards you can use are
juggler
forest gaurdian
ect.

Be creative!!! Have Fun with it

Bill's Porygon, 60 Hp (*) [Basic Pokemon]

PokePower: Computer storage. Once during your turn you may put any card from your hand under this Pokemon, when Bill's Porygon is knocked out- return all cards under here to your hand.

(*) Maitence : Shuffle a card into your deck and draw 3 cards.

(*)(*)(*) Tri-Attack 30x : Flip 3 coins, this attack does 30 times the number of heads.

Weak F, -30 P: 1 Retreat.

I like the idea of Bill's Porygon, but I think it should have 70/80 hp instead, or it won't last terribly long. Though it would be a nice combo with Professor Birch!

It's Porygon. Porygon max out at 50 HP -- the one that did that had a single, direct damage attack.

And you reposted the top post why, exactly? Well, since we need Bill's Porygon2, I'll see what I can do.

Bill's Porygon2
(C)
80 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon (Evolves from Bill's Porygon)
Weakness: (F)
Resistance: (P)
Retreat Cost: (C)(C)

Poke-Power: Computer Backup
Once during your turn, if Bill's Porygon2 is your Active Pokemon, you may flip a coin. If heads, choose a card in your discard pile that was attached to one of your Pokemon at some point during your last turn, and re-attach it to the same Pokemon.

(C) Colored Blast 20X
Does 20 damage for each Energy card attached to Bill's Porygon2. You can't do more than 60 damage in this way. You may choose a Basic Energy card attached to Bill's Porygon2. If you do, apply Weakness, Resistance, and other effects as if Bill's Porygon2's type (color) were the same as the Energy you chose, instead of (C).

Prepare for a rather long name.

Impostor Professor Oak's Invention's Aron
50 HP {M}

Weakness: {F}
Resistance: {G}
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}

Impostor Professor Oak's Invention's Aggron
100 HP {M}
Stage 2 Pokémon (Evolves from Impostor Professor Oak's Invention's Lairon)
