*sigh* Fine, fine, I'll cave in and abandon this thread, although yes, I forgot to account for Smeargle (which I think would require hanging on with a Focus Band to survive the OHKO to Sketch it)... it was Poliwrath with Mind Reader and Fissure, gotten from the TM Giovanni gives you for beating him in RBY, and from Poliwrath's learning Mind Reader.

But what Phantom is saying is true. Since fissure is a ground move, it won't hit a flying pokemon no matter what you do, unless i'm mistaken and it surprisingly does work even though ground moves arent suppose to hit flying types.
EDIT: ok, I see what you're saying. but i think most people wouldnt think that hard into the question as to thinking "kill anything in one hit" is different from "100% accurate instant death"
