exactly he only reason I can think of is maybe they don't have that event pokemon but that's just stupid if you can access wifi there's like a dozen sites you could go to get your pokemon :/

It is a world-wide poll, so any of the places that did not get an event arcues + kids who like it are voting.

I didnt think to vote Ditto- I chose Giratina.

The "system" taps your pc with a ping to get a registration/ID signature of the actual manufacturer's product electronic number from the pc/laptop- thus, you can not vote more then once. I tried somethings, and have failed to be able to vote again with my laptop.

The Library has 40 pc's though, and the other library has 2. I live by one, and the other is near my work. Time to hit the library! Well, time permitting....that is

The thing is - Mudkip is already available thanks to a Japanese distribution until just recently. Ditto is the only one close to winning that will have a unique ability.
