in the pokemon games i dont know how to see the IV nor understand them so cansomeone help me with this and explain them

You can't see the IV exactly, they are hidden.

You can get some clue from the characteristics (like 'alert to sounds' means Speed has the highest IV and it will be either 1, 6, 11, 16, 21, 26, or 31).

Most of the games have someone in them who will give you other clues if you show them your Pokemon.

If you want a better idea you will have to use one of theonline IV Calculators. Google is your friend. I know Serebii has one, but I dunno if it is the most accurate.

thank u guys i tried serebii once but is wasnt working for some reason
also i never knnew charectoristics matterd lol but wow its a lot of work to get a pokemon with perfect iv in one stat

Try MetalKid's IV calculator if serebii's isn't working.

If your Pokemon has any EVs (again, explained in the guide I linked) it'll mess up any IV calculator if you don't enter them.

Yeah - pokemon sites everywhere have been slow since the release of Black & White.
