I am rather surprised Portland is still open. I mean come on, isn't anyone wanting to go ice skating with Pikachu or something? Yes I know the mall there has an ice skating rink.

Haha, man I'd love that!

Pika rules!

:pokeball: Fantasy

Question, how long does the event run for, I mean for the actual tournament. I qualified for the Portland one just now...BTW the testa are easy, i qualified for 3 of my 4 locations already

Number 4 not avaliable yet, but i suppose ill get all 4

I am an alternate for 2 and im confirmed on 1

You guys will LOVE my team, its almost fullproof

Now now don't get ahead of yourself, no team is foolproof. Besides to looks like you are an alternate for 2 and only cleared on one test according to your statement. So obviously the test must be tougher than that. Anyways, the tournament itself appears to take about 3 hours. The event seems to go all day until the evening.

Yeah, the whole event lasts from 10 am to 5 pm. And about the tournaments, since I have no idea, I'll assume it's 3 hours like MT said.

I just tested the server and it is fine for me. Try the standards like disconnecting and reconnecting, or just attempt to log on from a different computer.

Also to answer lukerc10t4 question, yes you can sign up for multiple testing periods even if you qualifed for one. Now if you win a J.A.A. event obviously you will be removed from the qualification list from those events.

I believe my friend had said he'd tried to play with a hacked AR team on Colluseum (NOT his JAA team or console that his team is on) and that it didn't work. If this is true it would be like teh awesomeness, cause nobody would be able to hack Pokemon with AR and use them. But sadly, I doubted this and wanted to see if anyone knew if this was true or he just didn't hack the Pokemon well enough or forgot to do something. (NOTE:his team abided all guidelines in the PC Guide needed to use them to battle with on Battle Mode)

Well at the time both Colosseum and XD came out I have heard rumors GAME FREAK and Genius Sonority doing everything in their power to detect "Corrupted Game Files". This happened to me when I static shocked my GBA one time during a trade between XD and Emerald. A command will be placed into the GBA making it wipe out the corrupt game file and reverting to the previous save spot. If the backup file is also corrupt the GBA game is automatically formatted.

Sometimes yes sometimes no. Unfortunatly. I am saying what the risk is if XD detects your game pak to be corrupt. Your game file can be corrupted from alot more thngs than just the enhancers as I have told you with the static discharge problem with my equipment. Also playing your game to the battery are dead is a good way to corrupt your game file.

Get over it. =/

Hey, I was just statin' a fact. I mean, sure, I'm all fired up to beat that guy at the national championships if it's God's will (and if I even get there), but yeah, I was just sayin that to answer his question.

And MT, I didn't know all those things could corrupt your game  That's too bad

:nonono: Wow...The 13+ quiz was simple. I easily passed and am headed to Portland, since I have school when the mall tour hits Seattle/Southcenter. But that doesn't mean I won't go to the mall tour when it comes here:rolleyes: .

Quick update: Portland has closed... JUST KIDDING! No Portland continues to remain open for play. However its now only a matter of days left before the test is open anyways.
