Chapter 1: The Turtwig and the Pokeball
The Sinnoh League Final match had finally come underway. The Sinnoh League Stadium was alive with chatter and cheering. On one side were the supporters of Jack Rullen, one of the top finalists seen in the history of the Sinnoh League. He had come so far with his Torterra, that he doesn’t want to lose yet. On the other side, were the Paul Stone supporters. Barry was Jack’s rival, and he had been since they first met on the way to Jubilife City. He had come far with his Infernape, his starter Pokemon.
Suddenly, there was a rumbling from opposite sides of the stadium. It quickly stopped, as the stadium was hushed. From opposite corner entrances, Jack and Paul entered into the stadium. They walked steadily, glaring at each other. Ever since there battle, Barry had always despised Jack, for treating his pokemon with care and attention, the total opposite of Paul, who belived in strength, the ong pokemon need.
Jack stopped on his side of the field, in his area. Paul stopped in his own, as the Commentators, called for Round One to commence. Jack, pulled a pokeball from his belt. The breeze in the hot sunny sky, willowed down to him, and blew black jacket back. Paul, pulled a pokeball from his belt, as the sun's mighty rays, warmed his cold skin.
"Torterra, front and centre!" shouted Jack. He launched his pokeball into the sky as it opened, and there was a red flash, forming into a Torterra. The flash dissapeared, and Torterra was standing in fornt of Jack defending him. Paul snickered.
"Infernape! Fire Blast!" he called. He threw up his startes pokeball, which opened, and released a large red ape, preparing a large firey blast. Jack smiled...
"Jack?" called a voice, back in reality. It was a female voice, but it came from a young girl, around the age of 13. She was rubbing a duvet, which covered a young teenager, Jack Rullen. He lay in his bed, sleeping and dribbling. The girl frowned. She pulled the duvet from the bed, chucking it onto the floor. Jack's eyes, blasted open. He looked around, before seeing the young girl, and a boy next to her. They were Dawn and Alex, Jack's best friends. Jack smiled, and rubbed hie head, before jumping out of bed. He raced around the room, chucking on his clothes. He walked over to Dawn and Alex.
"Today is the day right?" he asked. The two friends nodded. Jack smiled at them, before the trio left his untidy, duvet covered room. Outisde of the room, was a long hall. They walked down it, before stopping at a flight of stairs, and turning to go down them. This led them to a large room, that had no doors and walls, and the kitchen and dining room, were connected to the living room. In the living room, sat a tall woman, smiling at Jack. It was his mother, Serah. She climbed off of the chair, and brought a bag over to Jack. He smiled, and she passed it to him. He placed it on his back.
"Are you ready? To be a master?" she asked. Jack nodded. They hugged an emotional goodbye, before Jack, Dawn and Alex left his house.
Tiwnleaf Town, was small, but it was very popular, being home to the Pokemon Champion, Cynthia.
As Jack, Alex and Dawn walked along the path to Sandgem Town, Twinleaf Towns big brother, Alex saw something strange up ahead.
"Whats wrong Alex?" asked Dawn. Alex didnt reply, instead he pointed forward. Several meters away, blocking the path, was a helicopter. It as blue, with a large yellow G on the side. There were doors open on one side, with three men struggling to force a tall man with a white labcoat, into the helicopter.
"They're kidnapping him!" whispered Alex. Dawn and Jack nodded, but there was nothing they could do to help him. Jack looked around for a stick they could maybe use as a distraciotn, but instead, he saw a brown briefcase, laying in the bushes. With Dawna dn Alex behind him, he tiptoed over to it, clicking it open.
"Use the pokemon and help me!" shouted a masculine voice. In shock, Jack turned to see it was the man in the labcoat, calling out to them. The three men trying to take him away, stopped, and let him go. They walked forward. They pulled pokeballs from there belts, and chucked them into the air. There were three red flashed, before three large bat like pokemon appeared. They were Golbat's.
Jack, garbbed a pokeball from the briefcase, followed by Dawna and Alex. They thre them up, and there were three more flashes. Three small pokemon appeared. Jack was using a Turtwig, Alex a Chimchar, and Dawn a Piplup....
