We are pleased to announce the first wave of Beta Rewards is in the process of being granted. Players who started participating in the Pokemon TCG Online beta while the game was web-based are eligible for this round of rewards. Over the course of the next week, these players will receive a special, non-tradeable deckbox in the game, as well as 2 Black & White-Dragons Exalted boosters.

For those of you who were not eligible for this round of Beta Rewards, worry not! There are more Beta Rewards on the horizon, which will include accounts that were created after the game transitioned to a downloadable client. We won't spoil the surprise, or tell you what you need to do to be eligible for future rewards, but play enough games or even just one the right way and you’ll find out!

We have identified all of the players that were affected by the booster pack trading bug. We will begin issuing booster credits to these players' accounts tomorrow, and anticipate having all credits granted by the evening of 11/26.

Nice. Id like to see mats and sleeves come into play too. Maybe we'll start getting pre release sleeves again and a code to unlock them online... I know, I know, fat chance. If league is any indication they might kill deck boxes and just give us online promo cards at the events.
 
The deck box has been in my account for a month already, hah. I figured they just gave it out early on accident.
 
so how can you claim this deck box and the two packs?
I started playing in 2011 when only the webversion was released. But then i didnt play for months, since i only had starter deck and it is impossible to obtain new cards.
Then with the release of the client i played again for several months (and reported 25+ bugs through ticket system). But i did not get the rewards ?!

(And i ask it here, instead of there, because that forum is just utter garbage. It doesnt even have a general game forum, the search function does not work properly, there are no player profiles, still cant set avatar, cant see post count, registration date, etc etc etc etc)

For me it kinda just showed up and I didn't do anything to redeem it. Did you even try to look for it?
 
no prizes for me and my brother yet too.as far as this goes,the answer on the forums is they will announce when all the rewards will be distributed and if you feel you should get one and didn't get it you should report it via the support system ask a question feature.
 
i did submit a ticket, they said they would pass it on to the account manager control dude, but still nothing so far
 
I'm not sure if I'll get rewards or not. I started playing when the game was in the browser, but after multiplayer went down. What do you guys think?
 
I think I may have identified the issue. I need to bounce it around a bit with the dev team. If my theory proves to be true, we should be able to fix the issue.
