Yes, there was. Dallas was Saturday. Seemed like an awful lot of Hydreigon-Jellicent comboes were happening in Seniors. Sure I ran that, but it surprised me to see so many Jellicents. Eelektross was also a fan favorite here, but most Hydreigon and TR-based teams made T16. I only saw 1 Escavalier though, and he was the one who beat me out of T16. Conkeldurr was the most popular save Hydreigon from what the live battles showed, whether he was on TR teams or not. They just Mach Punch or Rock Slide it all to death.

Data analysis has been rather slow at work today so using the frequency stats provided by Mike Liesik, here's a summary of Pokemon usage in the Master's division for the first three cities:

Rank Chart

This table incorporates total usage over the past three weeks as well as fluctuations on a week-to-week basis with the end result being the Total Rank. Terrakion receives the highest rank which means its appearance on Top 16 teams has been both frequent and consistent at the first three VGCs. Needless to say, bank on seeing a number of teams with this musketeer fellow on them. Tornadus usage has also been on the rise and if patterns hold then Tornadus' rank will increase after Atlanta.

Usage Graph

This (must easier to read) graph clearly shows that if one were to assemble a "dream team" it would consist of Thundurus, Terrakion, Jellicent, Conkeldurr, Amoonguss, and Hydreigon.

But this is just for Masters, i am guessing because juniors and seniors are a bit...sporadic?

I don't really know much about the juniors and seniors - I only analyzed Masters because that's all I've had time to do so far. :p But I can most certainly look into seniors and juniors during my free time over the next few days. Just looking at the stats we can all see the juniors love Hydreigon (it's been #1 at all three so far) but it'd be interesting to look at other emerging patterns too.

For anyone interested, here's an updated usage graph and rank chart of the North American Masters. The former is a simple bar graph showing which Pokemon have been used while the latter is a statistical analysis of the most common Pokemon, taking frequency and consistency into account.

Are you adding the International Metagame into these as well?
 
I'm not sure what to do about the international metagame just yet since there's only been two events and the data is for top 8 instead of top 16. I may analyze them separately from NA once some more events have passed, unless someone else does it first.
