After looking at the page's HTML, it looks like someone entered the HP value in the retreat cost for this card's data field in the database. Then, when the card database engine reads this bad data, it generates the HTML for a retreat cost of 60.

The Unseen Forces portion of the card database also has other errors. Three cards are missing: Unown ?, Rocket's Persian EX, and Celebi EX. I've emailed TPCi twice about this, so hopefully they'll clean it up soon, along with the Unown K and Steelix EX errors.
