koolkid- i actually only have 4 RH and i'm not going to trade those sorry and as the Luxray goes, I'm in negotiations with someone already so if that falls through i'll need more either way.

espeon- they aren't that good, I've used them a bit, so I doubt you would want them, but I'll give your list a quick look
squirtle squad- there isn't a fire lightning Arceus level x and i would probably need a lot more than a single Arceus Level X Fire/Grass or Psychic/Lightning. And I'm already in talks with 2 people in front of you. I found Uxie Lv. X and that's about all I liked in your list.

Desmond- The Copycats I have are from Expedition Set (like E-Reader days, but I'm about 85% positive that you play them without any translations needed) I don't have the Electric Arceus in yet, as I'm waiting to recieve it from Brick (i expect it in tomorrow, but i'm not banking on it, but I would like off your list

The only real want I want out of that would be the RH Call Energys. I'm willing to do the 4 Night Maintenances, 4 Copycats, and Kabutops, Luxray, Salamence and Toxicroak for those alone. Or If you want to do all those wants minus the Electric Arceus for your cards listed there, if not than take out the Magnezone Lv. X?

Ok well first I have 3 Reverse holo Flygons I can go straight accross for holo (I know you said you got 1 you can do don't know if you have more).

I believe I have 1 Mr. Mime MT RH I can do for 2 regular, let me know.

Let me shoot you a few offers see if any of these work

I can do my Reverse holo Nidoran (PL) and RH Chatot for your 2 Horsea RH and 1 Regular

I can do my Reverse holo Nidoqueen, your regular Nidoqueen and RH Poke Drawer.

I can do My reverse holo Nidoran and Nidoqueen your 2 RH Horsea, 1 Nidoqueen and 1 Regular Horsea.
