I don't see Pop 6 Being anything Holon at all.
Why would it? Once it hits to DP-on (2008-2009?) I think they want it in that er format with no more Holon stuffs. As one who keeps up with stuff like most of us here I do not see why you guys think this.

I can see a card that could replace mentor I mean its not the only card in existence that can get pokemon.
Pop 6 is going to contain a Pikachu. Actually i would be very happy if they included those 10th anniversary err.. 10th movie pro mos. Also some PokePark Promos even.
POP Sets are MOSTLY contained of Japanese pro mos if no one has ever noticed that (WOW) Except for the Scramble, DRE, Delta Rainbow. Which I think they did that because to make it easier to get? Candy in POP packs was nice for newer players.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I agree with those promo suggestions, homeofmew. And I think you're also right about the Holon thing too. I mean come on people, do you want to play the same format year in year out?
 
I think seriously that Mary's Request might be in it. It has been reprinted in decks in JPN so I can see it being reprinted. I would also like to see but not sure it will happen is Mr. Briney's Compassion.

I'd like to see some of the old Trainer cards themed around characters from the older games to return. People have mentioned Mary's Request, and there are some other cards too that I'd like to see again. I think that the Trainer/Supporter/Stadium cards that are directly tied to the games (i.e. key characters from the video games, items in the games, etc.) should be reprinted every so often.
 
I think Nightly Garbage Run (which is supposed to come out next set) will replace Farmer in my decks. True, it doesn't get back as many cards, but it's not a supporter either.

Personally, I'd like to see some of the old e-card trainers like Pokemon Nurse(for some decent healing) and Oracle(because Oracle/Delcatty is fun :biggrin:).

Ugh, reprint Swoop, Pow, Retriever, Venture Bomb, I think that's all the rocket's secret machines from that set. That would be soooo cool.
 
I'm not sure about Mr. Briney. He is a 3rd gen character. How often do characters from past generations get reprinted? I can't think of very many. Bill only showed up again because of his appearance in the 3rd gen.

I do hope we get some interesting cards in the next POP set. They've done a good job with the last few. I have faith.
