i think that the uxie engine kills the claydol and the porygon 2, and if you run the x its way better, and if its in a g deck its even better cause you can use it and get the cards then lost cyclone it out so you won't give your opponent a knock out or anything like that, plus zen blade is still a pretty sweet attack

Sounds like a fun idea, like good old Porygon2 + Scott or Castaway. Great for SP decks to consider imo.

Uxie has the same problem late game, unless you run the X. They're obviously a one time thing once you lay them down, and you remove them with Lost Cyclone so you'll never be able to use them again.
Don't get me wrong, I still think Uxie is the best choice because it fits more in with the all basics theme, but Porygon carries the advantage of relying more on supporters than on powers, which is better for the mirror.

No, Uxie doesn't. You can drop an Uxie late game, shuffle it back in and keep using it. YOu aren't going to have all 3 Uxies if that's the draw power.
