Nice and flippy, Porygon-Z only has one attack, Lucario GL and Porygon-Z's Conversion used to pile on extra damage. Added 3 Unown G as this deck is a bit scared of Gengar!

I agree so -3 Porygon-Z GE and +3 Porygon-Z Promo. Then -2-1 Uxie (not as good as Claydol in this deck), -1 BTS, -2 SSU (not as needed without Uxie), -1 Warp Point, and -1 something (Rare Candy, Warp Point, or something else) to add in +4 TM TS-1 Evolutor and +4 TM TS-2 Devolutor (to fuel Porygon-Z's attack). If you get 8 TM's on, you can KO anything in the game.

I would always have a Porygon-2 on the bench for extra using of supporters.

I don't think you need both Uxie and Claydol. I'd cut one of those (probably Claydol) for 3 Dark energy. And maybe a Moonlight Stadium.

I like the idea of both decks now! Perhaps I'll try them both, thanks for the advice on building the promo version.

I think that this deck needs Claydol more than Uxie, because 1) it's easier to get out and 2) Claydol is saying get 2 free cards from your deck and Uxie is saying get one free card from your deck (in combination with Porygon-Z X).
 
Do you think flippy version of Porygon-Z isn't worth it then even with Lucario GL? If it was played, have I got the energy right?
 
Don't worry about a Shaymined Torterra, lol. If one ever hits play against you, it's a sign that your deck is not operating quickly enough, especially if you're using Promo Porygon.

The most you'd realistically have to worry about is a Dialga G X with four Sp. Metals and maybe a Snowpoint in play, requiring 180 damage to OHKO. But when it's late enough in the game to where they have that, you should be able to have burned their P. Sprays, so you can Mode Crash off the Sp. Metals.
