Porygon-Z's Learning

Usinging the promo Porygon-Z's Learning, can I level up a benched Pokemon. Essentially, does Learning override the text on the Lv. X card that says "Put this card onto your Active ____". It says that it counts as leveling up, so I dont think it should.

Yes, just like Level Max, you can use it to level up a Benched Pokemon.
