Yep, all you need is to have 8 TMs in the deck for a full powered 2energy atk...

This Attack does 40 plus 20 more for each Technical Machine attached to [All or this] Pokemon
(If all, then only on your side of the field)

That's a pretty sweet Porygon, I'm not gonna like. There's not a lot of TMs though, so I dunno about it. =(
Still, I'll take it over the one that's out right now. I hope we get it sometime soon.
 
True, still, PLOX and Giga Impact beat the heck out of it.
Install is pretty useless when not having alot of TMs and PLOX shuts it down and beat Pory-Z in 2 turns.
Vire DP does 120 Damage with Giga Impact to beat the heck out of it.

This means you could level up pokemon on your bench and the lv.x doesn't even need to be in your hand? Cool!
 
Dang, it's almost kinda broken.
I mean, potential to do 160 for CC, AND it has its own draw engine built in by means of Porygon 2 and Porygon Z Lv. X! DANG!!! BUT if it can only max 60 (which honestly is very unlikely) then it sucks. BUT if it's to all Pokemon (which seems reasonable for a stage 2) THEN we've got something.

I think 4 TM TS 1 (the evolution one) and then 4 of another should suffice for the deck.
Now I'm excited.
Then you play 4 POV and 4 Bucks and Bebes, Roseannes, and a bunch of other supporters and abuse Porygon 2, A 4-4-3-1 line of that, and then some tech line Pokemon and you prolly even have space for a 1-1 or 2-2 Claydol if you really wanted to.

Don't forget the 2-2 Illumise to recycle those Supporters. And, remember that Buck's only adds to the damage when it's "next to the Active", so I get the sneaking suspicion that it'll only work when you use it as your Turn Supporter.
 
Whoa...nice art, nice attack, SWEET!! I agree, I think, 100 times better than the one we have now, this guy is most likely going to be used in most of the 'Pory-Z' decks.
 
^agree w/ Bull. Illu/beat was MADE for Pory2, and as such you should run them, a 1-1 is too inconsistant, and i wouldnt suggest a 2-1 either, it may be 4 cards, but it nets you 2 supporters a turn.

now, if ONLY it had the other poryZ's power, it would be broken. however, even w/ half of your pokemon w/ TMs, you do 100 for 2 energy, nice ammount. but how will you get dead TMs back? would you run that supporter that allows you to choose 2 cards from your discard, have your opponent choose 1, and you get it? since you run Pory2 it wouldnt clash with your 1 supporter per turn, and even only running 1-2 would work because you can cycle them with Illu/beat. i've been trying to do a Z deck forever and this actually has potential.. ill throw up a decklist, see what you guys think.
 
yea, that's the one. and the fact that having just 1 in your discard means a never ending supply of TMs is nice. unless your opponent gets smart, gives you all 4 of 1 TM, and makes you take other stuff w/ the other TMs.. which would be honestly the smartest move they could do, making you cap at 120 damage, just out of 1-shot range of a gallade, dusknoir, etc. Dusknoir is another problem, especially w/ that lvX coming out. resistance to you, and limits your bench, so you do 100 max to it, and w/ the bench limiting, you only have room for your 1-1 Illu/beat and another Pory2 on the bench, which MAY pose a problem.
 
HSOWA: Its obtainable in a blister pack together with Palkia lv.X... and 3 boosters i think
