Strategy:

I have two techs in this deck one against gengar (weavile/uxie) and one against G deck (mewtwo), others decks are beaten by porygon Z and his TMs.
To KO gengar i give 90 damage with pory and 20 with uxie and putt it into the deck so no gengar power.
Against G decks without dialga G just putt mewtwo on the field and autowin, with dialga G just put one mewtwo on the field and one porygon z charge on the bench to KO dialgas.

I would run 5 Dark Energy and 3 Psychic given your pokemon lines. yes it will make it a bit harder to power up Mewtwo .... but the tradeoff is that you will be able to take better advantage of Weavile's attack for energy acceleration.

I'd also reccomend more dark emergy

^ No. It's how you get your TMs back into play. 2 or 3 is fine.

Lol. I think getting Pory Z in play and going is more important than maintaining TMs that you should seldom lose.
