Strategy here is to try to get at least one Delcatty, Magneton, and Blastoise ex into play so that I can
draw cards with Delcatty, bring them back with Magneton, and then play those Energies with Blastoise ex. Main attacker is usually whoever I can get going first. Once I get the ideal set-up, Magneton is the main attacker.
Please rate/fix, but also explain why you made the recommendations. Thanks.

Deck looks real nice. First Blex I come across you have the option for trading.

Wish I had a real fix for you, but here's some freaky tech in case you need to drop some bad lighting or dark guy.

Rain on him, then add the multi and rage. He makes a decent storage a battery for Magneton sitting on the bench. Dont know what you'd take out tho. Your deck is pretty tight and you need just about everything (esp. the stadia to fend off mt moon).
