Plusle is BAD in Pow! Block. You are already giving your oppenent prizes, and you need to be very careful about the timing. I find that either 4 Magmar or 3 Magmar and 1 Jirachi from DX works fine. You also could use it with out a searcher and mix up the trainers a bit.

I think this deck should be played with 1/1/1 pidgeot and 1/1 cargo, with 0 gyms.
