Power play vs certain poke-powers

Hi! Will power spray prevent the effects of the following poke-powers?

1. Electrode SW's Energy Shift
2. Gengar's SW's Fainting Spell
3. Hetran Lvl X SF's Heatwave

The first Two actually occurs when the pokemon gets KO'ed and the last when an attack has made. Thanks in advance.

1. Depends on when the Electrode is KO'd. If during their turn, then Power Spray can be used. If from your attack, then no.

2. Fainting Spell is used during your turn, not theirs, so no.

3. This could be blocked.
