Pre-Raichu Scam?

Based on the feedback, eBay joining date, and picture I am almost positive this is a scam. If there is knowledge otherwise I will take it fully back. I would rather be safe than sorry in this instance. Any information would be helpful. If it is being offered to multiple people like last time that would be helpful to know.

Woah, that's a lot of bad feedback. I definitely wouldn't trust it.

If you can, ask for as HD and close up of a picture/scan as possible of the Prerelease stamp and the surrounding area. I know there are a handful of members on here that are really good at identifying if it is a fake stamp.

I definitely do not trust the guy, but wanted to make sure it was known that the guy was out there trying to pull off a sale. The picture he sent me through eBay messages is a bit blurry. Unless I am wrong, pictures sent through eBay messages can't be saved.. so all I have is screenshots.
