I’m have some debate in my group along with the judges I’ve asked, so i figured I’d ask here for the final say.

Do you have to attack to use this ability or does it just have to be the very last thing you do on your turn?

I’ve had some say because the after attack is in parentheses it’s just a reminder and not required, others argue the opposite way.

All text in parentheses is reminder text so they are correct. You don't need to attack.
