I just took a look at my points for regionals and noticed something awkward. Take a look.

I can't figure out why there wasn't a point gain. Can someone explain this to me?

E-mail POP directly. This happens occasionally when a players data does not upload correctly or a POP id is incorrectly entered placing that person out of you age group. It is usually easily corrected

Charlie received no points for his win in the same round in the same tourney. Thanks for posting this!
 
My son has a few 0.00 entries. I thought it was due to his opponents dropping, but it looks like it's an error. I emailed POP to see if they can correct this.

When you see a match result with a 0.00 point change it is always a good idea to let the tournament organizer know so they can check the tournament upload. It makes it much easier to find an incorrect POP ID when you know who the person played and in which round, instead of wading through dozens of entries looking for a name that doesn't look right.

Thanks! POP emailed me back and said they fixed the issue. Next time, I'll make them aware of it right away.

yes it would be...unless your opponent was not in your division as sometimes happens in smaller tournament. The would be something to ask your TO about 1st
