Price of full shadowless base set

I've nearly completed my full shadowless base set bar venusaur and charizard and was wondering how much it would go for nowadays assuming all cards are NM+. Would it be worth getting the full set PSA graded ?

In my honest opinion, if it's Mint or Mint+ , then it's worth it. Since grading can be expensive if you dont have a membership.

No point in grading the non-holos, or even most of the rares to be honest. If it were a complete first edition shadowless base set, then it would definitely be worth grading the entire set. However, the unlimited base set just isn't rare enough (at least to me) to warrant grading every card in the set. Now, I would definitely suggest grading the holos like Trader said, as those can be worth quite a bit as long as they grade a 9 or 10.

As for the price of the complete set, you could expect a couple hundred for a non-graded set. A full PSA 10 set is hard to put a price tag on, as only a handful of collectors would be willing to dish out the cash for a set like that. Not to mention that a set like that has probably never hit the market, at least not that I am aware of.

woah i wish my set was PSA10, I just picked up a shadowless charizard, blastoise and venusaur on ebay for 150 (for all 3), so I guess it's time to look at them and see whether they'll score an 8 or better

You're confusing shadowless with unlimited

No I'm not. Here is the breakdown (prices vary depending on condition):

Complete Unlimited Base Set: $100-$150
Complete Shadowless Base Set : $200-$300
Complete 1st Edition Shadowless Base Set: $500-$750+

The unlimited (non-1st edition) shadowless base set is not worth getting every single card graded, unless you have an absurd amount of $$$ to waste. You can buy any of the Uncommon/Common shadowless cards for less than $1, which is why they are not worthwhile to get graded. As for the shadowless 1st edition base set UC/C, they are much more rare and can be worth $40+ if they receive a PSA 10 (therefore worthwhile in grading).

However, in both cases I would strongly recommend getting the holos graded, and even the rares graded if you believe they can receive a 9 or better.

There´s a complete 102 card PSA 10 set on ebay for ~$9000 :p
Yes that's my set but now its a 101 PSA 10 set with a PSA 9 Charizard :(

I had three PSA 10 shadowless Charizards including the one I put in that set but a high end regular customer offered me 4700.00 for the three chars and I couldn't refuse it so now I have none.

Does he have any intention on selling them?
