A player should never get disqualified from a tournament for something like this!
Maybe you mean would they get a game loss?
That would depend on the game state and how much of an advantage has been gained by deck searches without the drawback of some of the card pool being in the prizes.
The penalty should start at a Caution if no searches have been done, but each search would raise the penalty.
But nothing higher than a game loss.
