Problems with GTS on Platmium

I am trying to get a pokrmon off the gts there asking for a palkia of any lv i have two and it wont let me trade any thoghtsokeball:

Sometimes the Pokemon you want has already been traded and it hasn't been updated yet. Though they really could have done a lot better job with searching on the GTS and setting what you want.

Did it actually say "any" or did it just say they wanted a Palkia?

It's because the Pokemon you're trying to trade for has already been traded for by someone else.

Or it could be the same problem everybody's having with Platinum's GTS. The level of the desired pokemon is not specified, making it very hard to make a decent trade.

Trust me, I hacked a pokemon that someone on the GTS want and it would not let me trade it.

Oh come on, haven't you ever searched for Celebi or Mew on the GTS? People trade hacks on it all the time, Shiny Deoxys met at lv 100 anyone?

I'll bet that that's correct. Reason being is how he stated the original question made this pop right into my head.
