Professor Cup 2005!

well, it was fun. i pulled registeel ex, which was COMPLETELY useless because i had no metal energy (i put it in my deck anyway because i'm a raccoon and i like shiny things). ;). mike liesik pulled altaria ex, but no swablu (ABSOLUTELY NONE out of his 10 packs!!!!!!). so, i waved a swablu from across the table, and he replied by saying "oh look. my SECOND METAL ENERGY." -_-. dave schwimmer got disquallified for who knows what reason lol. the judges who were all 10 and under world qualifiers sang a song about it, which was pretty funny. all in all, even though i went 3-4 (1st win: a bye -_-; 2nd win: opponent didn't show up -_-; 3rd win: i actually WON this time!!!), it was one of the best sealed tournaments i have ever played in, and i can't wait for the next one. :). good job PUI.

I enjoyed the event. I was hoping I'd get at least one Marshtomp and one Mudkip for hte Swampert line. I manage to get two of each to get a 2-2-2 line after my 8th pack. It's a shame I got no ex's in the 10 packs =(

It hates us all equally. I pulled like I think it was 2-0-3 line of Sceptile 1 rare candy tho. I did manage to pull like a 6-1 line of Camerupt ex.

Any chance of holding another Proffesor Cup at Worlds 05 or at least Worlds 06? It would be great for all of us, international professors. That event must have been amazing.
 
When i gto there for teh enevt i didnet know what ton expect but reading the paper made me think: "Ohh god this will be nuts"

It was fun and i enjoyed it. Cantw ait till next year.
